Terms and conditions of sale and delivery as of 1 January 2023
The following general terms and conditions apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Offers
Offers are valid for 3 months.
Prices
Prices are exclusive of Danish VAT, environmental, energy and any metal surcharges and are subject to changes in exchange rates and raw material prices. We operate with minimum prices. Minimum prices depend on the type of treatment.
Minimum prices and surcharges will normally be stated in the offer or provided on request.
The minimum charge is 700.00 excluding environmental, energy and any metal surcharges per order handling.
Delivery
Delivery times are by agreement, but normally up to 10 working days.
If the customer requests a delivery time shorter than 3 working days (excluding holiday periods, Sundays, public holidays and other closing days), an urgent surcharge of 50% of the quotation will be applied.
Complaints / Compensation
Complaints must be made no later than 8 days after receipt of the goods, after which the right to complain lapses.

Items with defects caused by the galvanic treatment will be reprocessed as far as possible at no charge. No compensation will be paid for any expenses incurred in connection with the dismantling and reassembly of the item.
If a defective item cannot be dismantled, any compensation cannot exceed the price of the galvanic treatment of the item. No compensation will be paid if the defect is caused by the buyer. Items that need to be re-treated must be accompanied by sufficient documentation to prove that the items have previously been treated by Roskilde Galvanisering A/S.
Payment
Terms of payment are stated on the invoice.
If the payment deadline is exceeded, interest will be charged in accordance with applicable law. Complaints do not entitle the buyer to withhold payment for deliveries or services rendered.
If the payment deadline is exceeded, Roskilde Galvanisering A/S may change the terms of the transaction without prior notice, including payment terms, prices and surcharges.
