Alkaline zinc/nickel coating contains 12-15% nickel in accordance with DIN 50979 and provides exceptional corrosion protection with a ductile surface.
Alkaline zinc/nickel coating has been salt spray tested in accordance with ISO 9227 for more than 1400 hours without red rust at 5-8mý.
Alkaline zinc/nickel coating is compatible with aluminium
Alkaline zinc/nickel coating meets the requirements of the RoHS Directive
Can be used on ordinary steel and GGG40/GGG50 castings

Zinc coating
A small guide before shipping to Roskilde Galvanisering:
All goods should be loaded onto pallets, which must be accompanied by a delivery note. This must specify:
– number of items
– type and item number
– weight and dimensions/measurements.
This allows the goods to be identified and significantly reduces the risk of anything going missing.
Remember that welded constructions must have ventilation holes placed right at the welds.
For drilling ventilation holes, an extra charge per hole will be made for Roskilde Galvanisering to drill for the customer.
