We operate with minimum prices. Minimum prices depend on the type of treatment.<br>Minimum prices and surcharges will normally be stated in the offer or provided on request.<\/p>\n<p>The minimum charge is ddk. 700.00 excluding environmental, energy and any metal surcharges per order handling.<br>Environmental supplement 2026: 7,00 %<br>Energy supplement 2026:&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2,15 %<\/p>\n<p><strong>Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Delivery times are by agreement but normally 3-5 day and up to 10 working days.<\/p>\n<p>If the customer requests a delivery time shorter than 3 working days (excluding holiday periods, Sundays, public holidays and other closing days), please send us a e-mail, contact us at (+45) 46 35 24 25 an we will find a solutions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Complaints \/ Compensation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Complaints must be made no later than 8 days after receipt of the goods, after which the right to complain lapses.<\/p>\n<p>Complaints, including documentation, should be sent to kvalitet@ro-galva.dk<\/p>\n<p>Items with defects caused by the galvanic treatment will be reprocessed as far as possible at no charge. No compensation will be paid for any expenses incurred in connection with the dismantling and reassembly of the item.<br>If a defective item cannot be dismantled, any compensation cannot exceed the price of the galvanic treatment of the item. No compensation will be paid if the defect is caused by the buyer. Items that need to be re-treated must be accompanied by sufficient documentation to prove that the items have previously been treated by Roskilde Galvanisering A\/S.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Terms of payment are stated on the invoice.<br>If the payment deadline is exceeded, interest will be charged in accordance with applicable law.
